Your Spiritual Dashboard: Where Purpose Meets Daily Practice

Inspire Faith Coaching operates as a living system — not a static service list. We map your spiritual terrain, identify blocks, and build a personalised operating rhythm that aligns your inner world with your outer life. This is coaching engineered for the soul.

Based in Ireland · Serving seekers worldwide · Est. 2019

Coaching Pathways — Choose Your Operating Mode

Each pathway is not a product — it is an operating mode. Select the rhythm that matches where you are now. We adjust as you grow.

MODE A

Ignition — First Flame

For those hearing the call for the first time. Four weeks of foundational sessions to uncover your spiritual baseline, clarify what pulls you forward, and release the weight of uncertainty. Includes a written soul-map at completion.

Duration: 4 weeks · 1 session/week · €220

MODE B

Deepening — Sustained Flame

For seekers already on the path who need structured guidance through a transition, loss, or calling. Twelve weeks of bi-weekly sessions with journaling prompts, prayer frameworks, and mid-point recalibration.

Duration: 12 weeks · Bi-weekly · €540

MODE C

Mastery — Living Flame

Ongoing spiritual partnership for those committed to integrating faith into every dimension of life. Monthly deep-dive sessions, quarterly retreats, and an open channel for guidance between sessions.

Duration: 6+ months · Monthly + retreats · €160/month

Spiritual Journey Map — What Happens at Each Stage

Stage Your Inner State Coaching Focus Outcome Marker
1. Awakening Restlessness, longing, questions surfacing that logic cannot answer Listening sessions, spiritual inventory, identifying core longings Clarity on what your soul is actually asking for
2. Clearing Old patterns resisting, fear of change, grief for what must be released Guided release work, prayer practice, forgiveness frameworks Lightness, space, reduced inner noise
3. Alignment New direction emerging, tentative hope, testing new rhythms Purpose mapping, daily practice design, accountability structure Consistent daily practice, sense of direction
4. Integration Faith becoming embodied, decisions flowing from centre Life design sessions, relationship alignment, vocation clarity Decisions made from peace rather than fear
5. Service Overflow — desire to give back, mentor, create from spirit Legacy planning, community building, sustained flame care Active contribution rooted in authentic calling

"I entered at Stage 2, paralysed by grief after losing my mother. By Stage 4, I had rebuilt my entire relationship with faith — not the faith I inherited, but the one I chose." — Ciara, Galway

Spiritual coaching session in a peaceful setting with natural light

A Voice from the Journey

I had tried therapy, self-help books, meditation apps — everything. What was missing was someone who could hold space for the spiritual dimension without judgement. Inspire Faith Coaching gave me that. The dashboard approach — tracking my inner states, naming them, working with them systematically — changed everything. It wasn't fluffy. It was rigorous and tender at the same time.
— Declan M., Cork · Mode B graduate, now in Mode C

Readiness Check — Is This the Right Moment?

Not everyone is ready for spiritual coaching at every point in life. That is not a failing — it is wisdom. Review these honestly.

You May Be Ready If…
You feel a persistent pull toward something deeper than your current routine offers. You have questions that your usual support network cannot answer. You are willing to sit with discomfort. You want structure, not just inspiration.
✦ These are signs of genuine readiness
You May Want to Wait If…
You are in acute crisis requiring clinical support. You are looking for someone to tell you what to believe. You want quick fixes or guaranteed outcomes. You are not yet willing to examine your own patterns honestly.
✦ Waiting is not weakness — it is discernment
What We Are Not
We are not therapists, clergy, or medical professionals. Spiritual coaching complements but does not replace clinical care. We do not prescribe beliefs. We help you discover and strengthen your own.
✦ Clarity on boundaries protects everyone

Questions We Hear Often

Do I need to belong to a specific religion?

No. We work with seekers of all backgrounds — Christian, Buddhist, agnostic, questioning, or simply spiritual-but-not-religious. The framework adapts to your worldview, not the other way around.

How are sessions conducted?

Sessions are held via secure video call or, for local clients in Ireland, in person at our East Juan space. Each session runs 55 minutes. Between sessions, you will have access to written reflections and suggested practices.

What if I realise this is not for me mid-programme?

You may pause or conclude at any point. For Mode A, we offer a full refund if you withdraw before the second session. For Modes B and C, unused sessions are refunded proportionally. No questions, no pressure.

Is there a waiting list?

Occasionally. We limit active clients to ensure quality. If there is a wait, it is typically two to three weeks. We will place you on the list and reach out as soon as a space opens.

Can couples or families work with you?

Yes, though our primary model is one-to-one. For couples or families, we design a custom programme. Please reach out directly to discuss what would serve you best.

The Operating Principles Behind Our Work

Spiritual coach in reflective moment, professional portrait

Principle 1: The client's soul knows. Our role is not to install wisdom but to help you access what is already present. Every tool we use — from reflective questioning to contemplative exercises — is designed to amplify your inner signal, not replace it.

Principle 2: Structure serves spirit. Mystical experience without structure dissipates. We bring frameworks, tracking, and accountability — not to bureaucratise the sacred, but to give it a container strong enough to hold transformation.

Principle 3: Honesty before comfort. We will not tell you what you want to hear. We will hold space for what is true. Growth often begins at the edge of what is comfortable to admit.

"She asked me the one question nobody else had dared to ask. That question changed the course of my year." — Tomás, Dublin
